An exciting NEW restaurant is coming to Tradies Gymea! While we renovate, the Willow Restaurant has temporarily moved upstairs and the Willow Café has temporarily moved downstairs to the Members Bar. These changes will be in effect until the new restaurant opens. Thank you for your understanding while we upgrade our facilities!
With friendly service, quality dishes and a relaxed atmosphere, Willow at Tradies Gymea offers a casual dining experience that everyone will enjoy.
Looking for the perfect accompaniment for your meal or a pre-dinner drink? Head to the bar to check out our selection of wine, classic and craft beers as well as cocktails.
Bookings for the Willow restaurant are encouraged to avoid disappointment and can be made online through OpenTable (below).
Please note that group bookings are limited to 20 people. All bookings are for 2 hours.
Mother’s Day bookings will be for the temporary space upstairs, as we continue to renovate our restaurant. The full interim menu will be available for lunch & dinner.

Inspired by the salty sea air of the local beaches and the lush colours of the Royal National Park, Saltbush Brasserie reflects the natural beauty surrounding the Sutherland Shire.
As well as a stunning interior, Saltbush’s extensive seasonal menu is just as impressive. Carefully curated by the team of Jensens Group chefs, you’ll find everything from share plates to succulent steaks, mouth-watering pizzas to classic favourites and Jensen’s Group signature dishes.

The Members Bar is currently open every evening.
The lounge areas are open during club trading hours for sport, socialising and TAB. For drink service outside of the bar opening hours, please head upstairs to the Gaming Bar.
