Preserving the Environment for the Future
The Tradies Sustainable Futures Grants (previously iPromise Grants) started in 2014 to help promote environmental change and sustainable development in and beyond our community. The award-winning grants program provides financial assistance to help schools, early learning centres and not-for-profit community organisations implement sustainability projects. To date, we have received over 460 applications and provided $179, 383 to help fund sustainability projects across Australia including bushland regeneration, school vegetable gardens and chicken coops, composting programs, sustainable irrigation systems, solar panels and energy efficiency initiatives.
Meet our Judging Panel
Thank you to the sustainability experts from Power Waste Management, Rana Environmental and Symbio Wildlife Park who kindly donate their time and expertise to assess each application with Tradies own Green Team.
We have a grant pool of $35,000 to support projects aimed at water conservation, waste management and energy efficiency. Applications will close at midnight on the 31st of May 2024.
We received 34 applications for our Round 15 ‘Energy Efficiency’ Sustainability Grants. Thank you to everyone who applied – our judging panel were impressed with the innovative ideas, passion for environmental sustainability and the level of detail, research and planning in the applications.
