As a hospitality venue, we work while others play, so availability on weekends and nights is essential. You will also need to have an up to date RSA and RCG competency card or be willing to complete these courses before you start.

Gaming Analyst
Do you have a data focused approach and thrive in an environment where you’re problem solving? Are you at your best when using your keen attention to detail and inquisitive mind? We’re looking for a Gaming Analyst to join our team.
Based at our Gymea venue you’ll be responsible for providing robust data analysis across our organisation with a focus on gaming. You’ll be part of a team providing extraction and analysis of key data and the conversion of this into meaningful metrics. You’ll work closely with our Group Gaming/IT Manager, Business Analyst and broader Gaming team specialists.
If you’re an excel whiz (we need sound excel competency!) and you have at least 2 years experience and a keen interest in a high pace gaming environment (as well as your current RSA and RCG) we’d love to hear from you!

No experience? No problem! We’d love you to have your RSA and RCG (or be willing to obtain these) and we’ll provide all the rest of the training you need as well as on-going support for your professional & personal growth!

A. Absolutely! As long as you’re enthusiastic and keen to learn, we’ll show you everything you need to know.
Q. I don’t have my RSA or RCG. Can I still apply ?
A. You can still apply, but you will need to have completed both of these courses, in your own time, before you can start rostered shifts at Tradies.
Q. Can I apply to work at just one of the Tradies venues ?
A. Our team work across all venues in Gymea, Caringbah and Helensburgh.
